These are things I know I'm going to use at some point, not necessarily in one painting but I am a mixed media artist so I work with quite a few different things. Mainly I work with watercolor, but I have other medium as well.
Most of my acrylic supplies are Liquitex brand, though I do have a few Dick Blick and a couple Golden.
As for watercolor, I have a wide range because I mostly buy student grade. If I do my more expensive brands it's Winsor and Newton. I don't particularly have a preference to Liquitex or Winsor and Newton (though I do like the Liquitex brand a lot), but that is what is sold in my area.
